After much speculation that “Rehab”
singerAmy Winehouse passed away
due to a drug overdose on Saturday, the
autopsy was conducted on Monday to
determine the actual cause of death.
However, the Metropolitan Police said
that further tests will need to be
conducted and those results are not
expected to be in for two to four weeks,
The Associated Press reports.
On Saturday, July 23, news broke that the
27-year-old Grammy award-winning
singer died of an apparent drug
overdose. The singer has battled
addiction to drug and alcohol for years,
most recently checking into another
rehab facility in May.
