Justin Bieber Hits the 2011 Teen Choice Awards

Showing up for one of the most anticipated events of the year, Justin Bieber was spotted at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 7).

The "Never Say Never" stud worked the red carpet at the Gibson Amphitheatre venue, waving to his screaming fans along the way.

Coming as no surprise, Justin racked up multiple chances at taking home hardware, as he's in the running for Choice Music: Male Artist, Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon: Male and Choice Male Hottie.

Meanwhile, Justin’s gal, Selena Gomez, is prepping for her big night – as she's slated to take the stage and perform with her band, “Selena Gomez & The Scene.”

Avril Lavigne: 2011 Teen Choice Awards

Taking a break from tour efforts, Avril Lavigne was on hand for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, CA on Sunday (August 7).

The “Sk8er Boi” singer looked beautiful in black as she took to the Gibson Amphitheatre in preparation of the annual fan voted awards ceremony.

Hosted by Kaley Cuoco, the 2011 Teen Choice Awards air live on FOX from 8-10PM ET while featuring performances by Selena Gomez and The Scene, Demi Lovato, will.i.am and OneRepublic.

Among the stars slated to take the stage to dole out surfboards to the night's lucky winners are Taylor Lautner, Cameron Diaz, the Kardashian sisters, Justin Bieber and Victoria Justice.

Meanwhile, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" leads the pack with 13 nominations, followed by "Glee" (9), "The Vampire Diaries" (7) and "The Hangover Part II," Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez (6).

Outfitted in a black t-shirts and jeans along with a brown leather jacket, Taylor Lautner looked ever so the action hero at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on August 7, 2011 in Universal City, California.

Lea Michele, who was enamored by Taylor Lautner when they met at a recent Hollywood Foreign Press Association event. She tweeted that she won’t be attending the awards since her first day back on Glee is tomorrow.

Fergie: 2011 Teen Choice Awards

Some question Fergie‘s fashion choices, but others – we semi understand her decisions. For instance, tonight’s Dolce & Gabbana yellow and black long-sleeved star burst mini dress was a matchy matchy choice. From her Christian Louboutin shoes and clutch, right down to her roots – her hair roots, that is.

Whether it was intentional or she accidentally forgot the appointment she had with her colorist, Fergie let her dark roots show and further insisted yellow is her color. However, we wish she opted for her more Fifi Fragrance Awards demure yellow.

Well, at least she got her designer labels right! We are lusting for those Louboutin’s!

Fergie and the members of the Black Eyed Peas are nominated for Choice Music Group and for two of their singles, which released this year: “Just Can’t Get Enough” in the R&B/Hip-Hop Track category and “The Time (Dirty Bit)” for Choice Single.

Kellan Lutz: 2011 Teen Choice Awards

We tend to prefer Kellan Lutz shirtless and jumping over trash cans, but we’ll take him prim, proper and preppy on the red carpet for now… and save the good stuff for later hehe.

Lutz was fully clothed on the red carpet, with his younger brother Tanner, at tonight’s 2011 Teen Choice Awards, choosing to be preppy with a sweater over button down and tie combination, but we all know what he’s really working under those layers! Still, he couldn’t let his two Twilight co-stars Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed be the only vamps to show their fashion versatility.

Plus, Lutz received a nomination in the Choice Movie: Male Scene Stealer category for his role as Emmett in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Low and behold, he won! And we’re not surprised at all.

The Kardashians: 2011 Teen Choice Awards

Lamar Odom brought kids Lamar Jr. and Destiny to the Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, CA. The Lakers star and his offspring were joined by wife Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.

Kendall and Khloe were the best-dressed of the bunch, with Khloe in a flowy Roberto Cavalli and dramatically teased hair. Kendall looked like she hopped right off the runway in a Aurelio Costarella dress.
