Hunky Henry Cavill Rocks Skintight Superman Suit
Superman's got a whole new look.
Henry Cavill was spotted shooting scenes for Man of Steel in Plano, Illinois, Tuesday, where onlookers caught a glimpse of the actor's chiseled chest, rock hard abs and bulging biceps.
Though 28-year-old Cavill's body makeover isn't too surprising, the alterations made to his skintight costume might raise some eyebrows. The character's signature red briefs and yellow utility belt have been eliminated, though Superman's red cape and giant "S" have been kept intact.
To prep for his role in the film (which also stars Amy Adams, Russell Crowe and Diane Lane), Cavill was put on an intense diet and fitness regimen.
"I'm on 5,000 calories a day," he recently told Total Film Magazine. "You've got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs. You've got to keep your hunger levels going."
"I'm training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman."

Superman Will Not Have Red Shorts In Man Of Steel, New Set Photos Show Off Faora's Costume
Since the first official image of Superman in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel was released online, there has been a great deal of controversy surrounding one particular area of the suit. Because the picture is so dark, it's impossible to tell if Supes if wearing his traditional red shorts, which have been a part of the get-up since 1938, or matching the look of the new costume from the DC reboot. Now new pictures from the set of Man of Steel have answered that question.
Found on the unofficial Facebook page via Coming Soon, that picture confirms that Superman (played by Henry Cavill) will not be rocking his underwear on the outside in the new film. But that's not the only goody the picture provides. The woman in the black costume on the right is Faora, General Zod's sidekick, played by Antje Traue. Unlike Zod, who seems to be rocking a CGI suit for the movie, Faora's outfit will apparently be practical. Check out the front of her costume below:
If you though that would be the most surprising part of this post, however, think again. Yet another photo taken on the set features Harry Lennix, who we know will be playing a general in the movie, but here's the catch: his costume is a CGI suit as well! Is it possible that Lennix will be playing a Kryptonian as well? Only time will tell. Check out the image below.

First Image Of Henry Cavill As Superman [PHOTOS]
With production finally ready to start on Zack Snyder's new Superman movie Man of Steel, Warner Bros. has sent out a press release confirming all the primary cast that have already been announced, and most excitingly, giving our first look at Henry Cavill in costume as the boy from Krypton. The shot seems to be taken from the middle of an action scene, but given that production hasn't yet begun it's likely staged for the sake of the photo op, and might not represent anything we'll see in the movie.
There's never been any denying that Cavill looked the part of Superman to a T, and you can see it in action in the costume-- he seems to have been born to wear a cape. I'm not really sure what to make of the costume's material, though, which seems to be some kind of sticky, shiny plastic more suited to Spiderman's hand grips or something like that. See how it wrinkles around his left wrist? That seems neither comfortable nor all that functional. It looks great from a distance, and should allow Cavill to move pretty much however he wants to, and maybe that's the point. But even his red boots and the "S" on his chest seem to be made out of the same material. Is there a functionality here that I'm just missing?
Man of Steel, as you probably already know, is set for release June 14, 2013. With production starting soon, let the flood of leaked set photos of speculation begin!

Kellan Lutz ‘Immortals’ Brings Some Eye Candy To Comic-Con
In case you haven’t heard, delicious looking Henry Cavill, adorable Kellan Lutz and tough guy Stephen Dorff will all be in the ‘Immortals’ movie. And they are all extremely attractive. The trio got together with co-star Freida Pinto to promote the new film at Comic-Con. The ever friendly Kellan Lutz compared his character to ‘Poseidon’.
“[He is] the god of wetness and moisture,” Lutz explained to the crowd.
I’m sure many ladies are happy to see the film based on that news. Seen here, the ridiculously good looking Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Kellan Lutz, Freida Pinto, Tarsem Singh, and Luke Evans work the ‘Immortals’ Press Line during Comic-Con 2011 on July 23rd in San Diego, California. Its too bad Henry Cavill is engaged, because honestly that boy is dangerously handsome. Freida is looking gorgeous as usual. This film may be hotness overload.
