Lily Collins Talks Movie-Making with ASOS
As she continues to make her mark on Hollywood, Lily Collins recently opened to the October 2011 issue of ASOS magazine about her latest happenings.
The ASOS cover gig comes as the 22-year-old beauty stars alongside “Twilight” hunk Taylor Lautner in the upcoming film “Abduction,” which hits theaters on September 23.
Of filming the action/drama flick, Collins told the mag, “I never thought in a million years I’d be doing stunts, flying off trains, setting people on fire, running through swamps at night, but it’s fun and I love taking chances.”
Meanwhile, Lily is currently filming a new take on the classic tale “Snow White” - of which she mentioned, “It is so surreal. Everyone calls me ‘Snow’ on-set and I’m working with Julia Roberts.”

Alicia Keys, Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore Covers ‘Glamour’ Magazine
Alicia Keys was generous enough to share the cover of October’s Glamour magazine with Demi Moore and Jennifer Aniston. The philathropic pop star has added another charitable cause to her growing list of causes; teaming up with two of Hollywood’s leading ladies on a breast cancer awareness film series for the Lifetime network called Five. Below peep the international party girl’s cover shoot and hear what the 30-year-old had to say about marriage, her son Egypt and American Idol.
Alicia on AI: “I used to watch American Idol a little bit. My grandmother sucked me into it, and I was like, ‘Why am I watching this, Nana?’ Initially, I felt like it was showing people that to be an artist you’re just supposed to get on TV. But as time passed, and the industry changed, I started thinking of it as an outlet for people who otherwise wouldn’t have any opportunity to be heard.”
On life-changing her trip to the Middle East: “I was tired and I had overworked myself and burnt myself out. So I went to Egypt by myself. When I saw what was built there, it made me understand how powerful we are, that we can create anything. And I felt like I needed to create things that were timeless too.”
The BET Awards performer on her relationship with hubby Swizz Beatz: “I think…my favorite word and the most important word when it comes to relationships: equality.”
Kate Bosworth Covers BlackBook September 2011
Putting her gorgeousness on full display, Kate Bosworth adorns the cover of the September 2011 issue of BlackBook magazine.
With the installment being the publication's 15th anniversary special, the 28-year-old shares cover duties with ex-beau Alexander Skarsgard - who has his own September issue for the magazine, as well.
Set to hit newsstands next week, highlights from Miss Bosworth's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit BlackBook!
On co-starring alongside ex-beau Alexander Skarsgard:
“[He] is so kind and so dedicated and so incredibly professional. He’s got this rare, wonderful control and stillness that you notice in a lot of old movie stars. He looks you in the eye. I feel incredibly lucky to have had that type of man on this movie.”
On her take on fashion:
“I’ve always seen fashion as embracing the individual, although yes, I understand that there are parts of the industry that aren’t so welcoming. But look at the Proenza Schouler boys. They’re so kind and they make such brilliant designs. The Rodarte sisters, too. It may be idealistic, but I like to think that goodness rises to the top.”
On being dubbed as the 'girl next door':
“I feel like I’m always battling people’s perceptions of me, but it’s a losing battle. I pick projects because they’re interesting, not to prove anyone wrong.”
Kirsten Dunst: Wonderland Cover Girl
Adding some spice to the recipe, Kirsten Dunst is on the cover of Wonderland magazine’s September/October 2011 issue.
The “Crazy/Beautiful” babe sports a cropped coif as she works her posing magic for the camera in a pair of tight leather trousers.
And inside there’s plenty more of Ms. Dunst getting sexy for the photographer, a fitting feature for the magazine’s “Priceless” issue.
Sharing Kirsten’s cover glory is her “Melancholia” costar Alexander Skarsgard. The issue is on newsstands now.

Katy Perry, Darren Criss & Rebecca Black Highlight “Last Friday Night” Making-Of
Katy Perry’s “E.T.” and “Firework” may have been the big winners at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, but that hasn’t stopped the pink-haired songstress from showing some love to her latest clip, “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).” A behind-the-scenes video, which features interviews with the party epic’s stars (such as Rebecca Black, Darren Criss, Kevin McHale, Debbie Gibson, Corey Feldman and, yes, Kenny G) was thrown online to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Teenage Dream’s release. Join the rager below!
“I must say, I think this video might go down in the record books for the most money spent on streamers and toilet paper,” youngest Hanson brother Zac declares on the set.
Meanwhile, Debbie Gibson complains, “Where’s Corey? He’s been in hair longer than me, for god’s sakes! It’s always the boys — they’re so precious.”
